What is the Surveys.com Community?
GfK is pleased to welcome you to our online research community, Surveys.com. GfK provides you an opportunity to influence the products and services that manufacturers and government will be providing in the future.
In return for your participation we will reward you with incentives in the form of Maximiles points, cash, prizes, and/or gifts.
How do I join?
It could not be simpler. All you have to do to join GfK's Surveys.com community is complete a short membership questionnaire to tell us about yourself and interests. Your answers to these questions will help us select surveys that will be relevant to you. Remember all the survey information that you provide to GfK's Surveys.com is private and protected by law. What is the Maximiles reward scheme?
GfK has joined with Maximiles to provide you with a great reward scheme. Maximiles is the UK's largest internet-based rewards programme with over 60 different retailers covering more than 200,000 goods and services for you to choose from. If you chose to register for Maximiles we will automatically credit your account every time you take a survey from GfK. You will quickly be exchanging them for a fantastic range of goods including great travel offers, books, computer equipment, food, and drink as well as a host of other great rewards. Is the community membership free?
Absolutely. Your membership of the Surveys.com community, is completely free. In fact we reward you for taking our surveys through Maximiles points, discounts and prizes. We give you our absolute guarantee that you will never be asked to buy anything from us or from any of our clients.
How often will I be invited to take a survey?
Once you have completed our registration survey we will invite you from time to time to participate in Surveys. We know your time is valuable, so our surveys are short. They usually take between 5 to 10 minutes to complete. Very occasionally they might be a little longer than usual. If this is the case then we reward you with larger incentives the longer a survey is. Our aim is to offer you interesting surveys that match your interests. We hope you will find them fun and rewarding. Look for invitation emails from GfK's Survey.com. To participate, click on the link provided in the email and follow the instructions. How will I know if there is a survey for me to complete? We will send you an e-mail invitation with a link to a survey. We usually will not contact you more than 2-3 times per month. You are under no obligation to participate in any survey; however, if after several attempts you do not participate in any surveys, we may consider you an inactive member.
How often may I participate?
Surveys.com only conducts professional market research. Therefore our surveys are by invitation only and to ensure the highest standards of professional research you can take any given survey only once.
Did you receive my survey?
If you received a Thank you message after you clicked the Finish button at the end of the survey, your survey data was received with no difficulties.
What happens to my personal information?

What happens to the responses I give in surveys?
GfK only collects survey data that will assist marketers and government agencies in their decision-making. We only collect information that we need to make surveys meaningful to our clients. How do I cancel my membership?
As a Surveys.com community member, you will receive our e-mail invitations to complete Surveys. If you change your mind, when you receive an email invitation you can reply to it with the word "Remove" in the body of the reply or click the hyperlink at the bottom of the e-mail and you will no longer receive survey invitations. You can also e-mail Pam Hughes pamhughes@surveys.com with the word "remove" in the title.
Of course, if you decide you later wish to participate in the community, you are welcome to reactivate your account at any time.

If you experience a technical problem, please e-mail us at: pamhughes@surveys.com. Please be as specific as possible when describing the problem. Please tell us the browser (include the version number) you are using. We will respond promptly to help determine the nature of the problem.
